Responsible for HEAD acoustics NVH products sales.
-
Execute company sales policy, provide systematic solutions to customers and respond to their requests.

Achieve sales target and take care of order fulfillment and contracts.

Develop sales channel, cooperate with end users and explore potential customers to get more business opportunities.
-
Follow up project status, coordinate with other colleagues to ensure smooth implement of project and after-sales service to ensure sustainable development of business.
-
Collect and feedback possible and potential competition intelligence, including market performance and price level. Gather product feature suggestions/needs.
-
Bachelor degree or above.
-
3+ years experiences in presales, solutions, or instrument sales engineering is preferred.
-
Background in acoustic or NVH related is a plus.
-
Experience with HEAD acoustics NVH products is a plus.
-
The ability to speak, write, and read fluent English and Mandarin. Strongcommunication skills, both written and verbal.

The ability to be self-motivated, highly enthusiastic at work and thrive in an environment with team spirit.

The ability to travel domestically and internationally.

Be positive, courteous, & engaged during all interactions by "owning" customer experience.

Maintain technical expertise and knowledge about electro-acoustic, speech testing, and HEAD acoustics telecom products.

Educate customers on key principles for a sustainable configuration of HEAD acoustics testing solutions.

Provide end-to-end technical support to customers. Responsible for on-site support upon requests such as implementation and maintenance of HEAD acoustics telecom solutions.

Handle and report customers' problems. Work with colleagues in China and Germany. Communicate between R&D, technical support in headquarters and customers when critical product issues need to be addressed.

Provide input to managers and product specialists regarding the performance of instruments or other company products. Provide input to sales regarding any positive or negative input from customers such as competitive instruments, issues with product, etc.

Report to the head of telecom department regularly.

Bachelor degree or above. Major in electro-acoustic, speech and audio signal processing, telecommunication or related. Master degree is preferred.

Experience with HEAD acoustics ACQUA products is a plus.

The ability to troubleshoot problems, find the root cause of technical issues.

Efficiently plan and manage software and hardware availability for customer use;

Task assignment and KPI review of your team;

Create an efficient working atmosphere to teams and ensure objectives are met within given time.

Master degree or above. Phd degree is preferred;

Major in electro-acoustic, speech and audio signal processing,telecommunication or related area;

Familiar with telecom standard, for example:3GPP TS 26 131/132, 3GPP2 CS0056,Vodafone, AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Orange, O2, Telefonica, Deutsch Telecom, etc. international mobile operator standard and test requirements, TIA810/920,ETSI ES 202 737...740, GLonASS GOST 33468/55531, GSMA HD Voice, ITU-TP.1100/1110/1120/1140, Skype for business;

Experienced with HEAD acoustics ACQUA products and solution;

Has rich customer resources in telecom industry;

The ability to troubleshoot problems, find the root cause of technical issues;

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in English and Mandarin;
