We have over 15 years experience delivering OBD compliant automotive projects fromthe start of the project through to certification. We have delivered OBD diagnostic calibration across diesel, gasoline and hybrid electric vehicle applications, delivering to many different markets including EU6, CARB/EPA and China, responsible for meeting all regulations and all internal process requirements.

We are based in a rural location in East Sussex, England. Our facilities offersecure prototype vehicle storage and we have convenient access to fully compliant 4WD chassis-dyno emissions test facilities. Along with access tonon-emissions 4WD chassis dyno facilities and test tracks for appropriate non-highway testing.

V6 Diesel Vehicle Simulation with Full HiL Integration (Ford)
用于V6发动机的全功能dSPACE HiL台架开发项目,仿真了主ECU所需的所有信号,系统包含了所有执行器附件(喷油器、制动器、阀门)。该系统还针对3个车辆变型进行了配置,以反映发动机安装平台。
Full dSPACE HiL rig developed for a V6 engine to simulate all signals required for main ECU with all ancillaries present in the system (injectors, actuators, valvesetc.). The system was configured for 3 vehicle variants to reflect the engine installation platforms.

The engine model was full combustion based heat release for each cylinder toprovide detail for misfire and knock control.

All required analogue, digital and network signals were simulated to provide a testplatform capable of running the vehicle calibration without any changes.

Adapted dSPACE hardware from previous project to simulate full V10 gasoline powertrain, integrated with bespoke Python based test automation.
主要目标是进行回归测试和在主ECU上进行ISO26262代码开发,并生成诊断标定。
Principle objectives were regression testing & ISO 26262 code development on the main ECU and producing diagnostics calibration.
系统设计每天连续运行24小时,生成“通过/失败”测试报告。在圣诞节期间项目成功地连续运行了2个星期
The system was designed to run 24 hours a day, producing Pass/Fail test reports, with successful operation of 2 weeks continuous running over Christmas
EV 汽车HiL台架(大陆电子)
EV Vehicle HiL (Continental)
完整的dSPACE 电动车辆仿真,包含电机、逆变器、DCDC转换器、电池、汽车和防盗装置。
Full dSPACE EV vehicle simulation, including motor, inverter, DCDC converter, battery, vehicle and immobiliser.
搭建了2个一模一样的台架,其中一个运行在客户现场,这样可将测试进展和测试结果分享给客户查看。
2 identical rigs were built so one could be operated at the customer facility, sotest processes and results could be shared.

Principle objectives were to provide a facility to rapid prototype the powertrain controller, run automated tests and user specific test scenarios that needed amore controlled environment to understand any specification deficiencies.

The test process was integrated into the main ECU code requirements definition tool (DOORS) so each requirement could be individually validated as part of the V-cycle, with an automated report and data evidence to support the validation.
Simulink & dSPACE

We have extensive experience with the full range of dSPACE hardware and software, from full rigs down to micro auto-box. All projects are fully documented and specified clearly allowing the rig to be handed over to the customer for continued operation along with training and support.

Our Matlab Simulink experience also extends to SW functions for ECU/TCU controllers, data analysis methods, m-files, embedded S-functions and compiling code for numerous real-time targets.
