Automotive Testing Expo Europe 2019 is almost here!

More than 480 exhibitors are gearing up to reveal their latest testing equipment at next week’s Automotive Testing Expo Europe 2019, which will cover everything from AV and ADAS testing to NVH and data analysis, stress and durability testing, dynamometers, powertrain testing and crash test tools.

Visitors are guaranteed to see a dazzling display of technologies debuting in Stuttgart, next week (May 21, 22, 23), including Vision Research’s Phantom Miro C320J camera; the latest addition to the Vibrophores range from ZwickRoell; and Kübrich’s new generation of robots, the TX2, which is designed for climate chambers – to name just a few (see all the latest products on show, here). Meanwhile, UTAC Ceram will profile its new proving ground, the first in France for automated and connected vehicles; and Millbrook will be on hand to provide details of the company’s new 5G testbed.

A free-to-attend Technology Demonstration Area, boasting more than 60 speakers, completes the line-up in Halls 8 and 10. Listen to Dr Dennis de Klerk, managing director of Müller-BBM VibroAkustik Systeme BV, discuss and analyze source characterization using blocked forces and experimental dynamic substructuring, or perhaps catch Nordsys CEO Manfred Miller’s talk on V2X testing. More interested in materials testing? Prof. Frank Walther of TU Dortmund University and Dr Olesia Khafizova of Shimadzu Europe will discuss efficient testing strategies for quality control of automotive materials.

On top of all this, four other specialist automotive shows can also be enjoyed for free: Autonomous Vehicle Technology Expo, Automotive Interiors Expo, Engine Expo + The Powertrain Technology Show, and Global Automotive Components and Suppliers Expo.

In a new location for 2019, Autonomous Vehicle Technology Expo will take place in the adjoining Hall 6, ensuring easy access to many additional AV and ADAS testing and validation providers. This is where you will find the Autonomous Vehicle Test & Development Symposium (charge to attend); as well as the Powertrain Testing Conference and the brand-new The Path Towards Euro 7 Conference – the latter pair are both part of Engine Expo + The Powertrain Technology Show (also in Hall 6).
